My new favorite
I love this thing. It is one of those simple, inexpensive purchases that has changed my counter top. It has so many purposes!*I use it to rinse fruits and veggies. I put it in a colander, put the colander on this product and rinsed my grapes, easy-peasy! All of the water just drains into the sink.*When making pasta, I feel like it’s so much cleaner to put the colander on this gadget then drain the pasta.*After scrubbing potatoes, I put them on here to drip dry.*I also use it to dry any dishes that can’t go into the dishwasher or come out of the dishwasher a little wet.When I need the larger sink, I simply roll it up.Cleans like a dream too. No more weird, moldy, dirty dish drainers that take up space. My mom who is totally old-school saw mine and I got her one too.Now my husband does dislike how it blocks the larger sink so he will sometimes put a towel on the counter, this item on the towel and then he washes the dishes and puts them on this rack for a more traditional approach. Either way, it works and still gives the view of less clutter on the counter.

Thinking differently
I grew up with the traditional dish drain rack with the drain tray underneath. It stayed on the kitchen counter pretty much all year since it was used so often.Flash forward 65+ years & I’ve had to drastically downsize. Counter space is at a premium, & I’m measuring everything to make sure it will fit & not hang out, or over, into space where an elbow can create a disaster.Our son says that we need to think differently in this house, so this over sink drying rack is the big move in that direction. It even made him take a second look because he wasn’t sure what it was meant to do.He didn’t take long to make an adjustment & move it to the other sink so that we’d wash dishes over the garbage disposal side & dry dishes over the direct drain. It’s sturdy, blends well with the color scheme, & fits over the sink without any gap to allow a dish to drop through. That could be because I made sure to measure the sink before ordering.

I bought this to go over my sink after washing dishes. I was surprised how sturdy this was. I like that it is wrapped in silicone so I donât have to worry about it rusting. It also rolls up easily so you can use half of it or for storage. I would purchase again.

I purchased this for our RV without telling my wife, after a 35 day trek thru Alaska my wife said she wants one for the house. We used it over our sink and increased our countertop space by 30%. Its easy to roll up and stores out of he way if you need to.The rack is covered nicely with silicone which kept it from rattling or sliding while we were driving, also its easy to clean.

This rack gives me 2 levels of drying in my sink since I use a regular dish rack inside. Itâs definitely strong enough to hold heavy pots and rolls back easily to access stuff below.

Als ich es ausgepackt hatte, war es fest in Kunststoff Folie eingewickelt. Zusätzlich war ein Kabelbinder zu stramm drumherum der Druckstellen auf dem gesamten Gitter machte. Das Silikon ist beschädigt. Da ich es für eine ältere Dame gekauft habe und es ihr zum Geburtstag schenken wollte, kann ich es nicht zurück schicken. Sonst würde ich es machen. Das Gitter ist schwer und lässt sich ausserdem nicht gut abrollen.1

The size was perfect – not much overhang onto the counter – but still sturdy enough for my needs. I wanted to enlarge the useful area on my laundry room sink, as this is a major drop zone when we first arrive home. Its great for books, mail, take out, groceries, etc., instead of trying to line it all up around the edges 🙂 It seems like it will be easy to clean, but I have had no need to yet. The no stick on the bars is good for keeping items where you put them, and its a sweet little drying rack for gloves, masks, hats, and delicates. Rolls up as described if you need to get it out of the way. I might order another one for the trailer.
